Update failed (Requested file is not available on server)

Thanks but there is no "Change" option, just uninstall. Any other suggestion? Also reinstalling the application is not an option for us. There are many PCs attached to it

Does anyone ever answer questions here or is the standard reply to contact support??

A support community is pointless unless some actual fixes are posted as well…

I am constantly getting the following error in the "Status window" of the AVG Admin Console.

Update failed (Requested file is not available on server)

The version od the AVG Admin Console is 2013.0.28.92. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this issue?

Here you can get assistance for AVG products for 'home' users and we have a dedicated support team for AVG Business products and so once you contact them directly and provide with the details of the issue they can identify the exact issue to provide quicker resolution. Thank you.

I did contact the business support and quite frankly the response I got was poor. It took over 24 hours for a reply and the reply I received was as generic as a brown paper bag.

So in a vane hope of trying to get this product to work I thought I would rely on other users to see if anyone has managed to get a fix.

I will be doing that but again I ask - what is the point in a support communtiy if the only answer is always "contact support"??

Post the fix here so that we can fix these issues ourselves without raising support tickets!
