Update from Norman Internet Suite

Hello AVG,

I am replying to this thread with the same issue as discribed above. I upgraded my Norman product to AVG about a month ago while I still had some time left on my Norman license. After upgrade, I created a AVG account, but the software indicates that I am using a trial license. Even after a couple of weeks, the old Norman license has not been migrated to AVG. What should I do?

I have the same issue: auto upgrade to AVG from Norman, with 6-7 months license left to go, but no update to trial AVG for the last week or so. Have created an account with the same email address as the Norman account, but nothing has eventuated.

I haw a quist about AVG Ultimed. Dos it have a firewall?

My Norman Security Suite 11 have yesterday automatic been update to AVG Internet Security 2017.
But i got 7 month left at my licens.
That vision i got automatic installet on my computer are a trial vision.
And expires in 30 days.
I have registered it to day 24/7-2017 with this email adress.
Please help me.
I haw a quist about AVG Ultimed. Dos it have a firewall?

Morten, Yes… AVG Ultimate consists of Internet Security & PC TuneUp. Firewall is included in Internet Security (https://www.avg.com/en-ww/ultimate). Also please note that when using an AVG product that includes a firewall only 1 - firewall should be installed on your system.
