I am sorry to hear that. I have checked your previous and the Agent had fixed the issue with AVG Internet Security and TuneUp  Unlimited.

Are you now facing issue with AVG update? can you please provide me the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of the update failed message to check and assist further?
