I would like to update my card details, but the process is failing, please help!
I enter my new card details when updating, but I get this error message:
“Sorry, there’s been a glitch
Please try again later. If the problem continues, contact support.”
Yes, I’m getting this too… How on earth do you contact support. The AVG website just takes you around in circles. BTW, my card is a Mastercard so it must be an AVG issue. Can’t find a support email or phone number on the site.
Unfortunately, I think AVG has very poor support availability…
I managed to send a message to support, now I’m waiting for them to respond… They wrote this phone number there, but since I don’t speak English well, I prefer written communication. I’m waiting for them to respond

I’m having the same problem when I try to update my information. It’s frustrating.
Same response and mine is a M/C also.
