cant update a new credit card, i tried in my phone and pc
Actually I have the same problem with my AVG Ultimate.
What can I do to solve it?
Unfortunately I have no opportunity to email or call AVG.

Same problem and therefore unable to renew subscription because i need to change the credit card details the following message comes up there is a glitch. impossible to contact them, if not resolved I will be forced to purchase an alternative product
This is what happen to me too.. so, there’s still no clue to this problem then…
it does not look like it, unless AVG resolve the issue and there is no way that I know of contacting them directly, then how do I renew my subscription. It would seem I have probably two courses of action, close my account and open again as a new subscriber, but this does not build my confidence with the company. OR buy from a competitor.
Me too, get the glitch message - have been trying for over a week. Surely they will have realized by now that they have a problem at their end

I can’t change from paypal to a card. Can’t add a card. Update button doesn’t work for me either and I’m going around in circles trying to find help. Can’t email or submit online form, and not able at this time to phone.
Wonder if I should just cancel account then reopen again…Surely there must be someway to contact AVG support??? ![]()
Cancel the account, if they cannot solve a simple problem then perhaps they are no good at anything else!!! I personally am going to another provider

Same for me, been trying for a week. There is zero support. I liked AVG’s suite of tools this is terrible way to treat long time subscribers, not even a chat bot. What alternatives do we have, may have to drop AVG
The same issue is happening with me … anyone has any solution?
The automatic billing does not work, and I cannot contact AVG with any method. I would like to have a manual payment option. I refuse to change my card to the option that anyone can bill me whatever without any confirmation, it is simply too much risk. I have been using AVG for 10+ years, but now I abviously have to find another solution for antivirus.
