The “Update Payment Method” has not been working for the past 3-4 weeks.
I have contacted support 2 times already, they say someone will call me, but I still have no answer about this.
My subscription will end in a couple of weeks, and AVG will not let me pay, update payment method, nor is giving me any answer at all. I am worried, frustrated and disappointed at his company, which I have been a client to for the last several years now.
Similar problem. “contact us” just goes in circles and blocks contact. Account needs renewing but AVG says “account does not exist. “ The window over lays a list of subscriptions.
OS is Win 10
Solution was to go in to AVG account via Linux Ubuntu OS to access account. LUDICRUS.
Not trying hijack your thread. First post on this forum. Just saying my experience. Having to go to comunity because AVG has blocked contact will boomerang on them.
anything re payment isn’t working. have tried to update my payment details for months without success. Always a ‘glitch’. I doubt if anyone at AVG reads customer feedback otherwise this important service would have been fixed. When my current subscription expires I’m off to another provider.
