The payment for the subscription for the next period did not go through properly. We wanted to change the payment card details, but we keep getting error messages like: Unfortunately, an error has occurred. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact support. I need to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Can anyone help?

I have the same problem - my payment was blocked by my bank and i have tried to change my payment details but I get error messages “unfortunately an error has occurred please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact support”. Support is very difficult to find and no email address to report my problem. HELP AVG please !
