ello, since te update, iv ad issues wit plex server, finally fix tat, owever web tuneup does not work, it will not install in zen, and wen i do it manually form avg, firefox will not install it.

Hi everyone, Iv have been on with avg support this morning and avg remotely worked on my pc but didn't get anywhere, so he has refered it to senior tech. So now I'm just waiting.
Hi Andrew, it's a crappy problem - I know, Been There, Done That !
However if your problem is with your PC. or Laptop the work-around is to
use the OSK - On Screen Keyboard by accessing the Accessability Menu.
A similar Problem with a Tablet or fone could be resolved by attaching a separate
keyboard, 1 with a micro USB male adapter (the same as your charging lead)
