Update Required, Again and Again and

Please let me know the version of AVG installed and the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the error message to assist further.

I too am having the same issues as many others where I receive the message "AntiVirus Update Required" and after clicking on "UPDATE", I get the green message bar, "Update Successful" and the correct date.
But the Main AVG Message Panel does not update, still shows "Computer Update Required", still AntiVirus.
I have a 5 computer license, and 4 computers are active all have the same issue.  Two Microsoft Surfaces and two Dell Desk tops. I'm not bothering with screen shots and I don't think the license number helps.
You have a problem, fix it.  For me this has been going on for about a week.

Thank you for the screenshot.
You are still having the old version which is causing the update issue.
We have made a major change with the program engine and released the latest version.
Hence, it is necessary to remove the old version in-order to get the latest one.
To uninstall AVG, refer this http://avgread.me/1DEtNP0 article.
Run AVG remover tool which is available in above article and click on "Run Anyway" to proceed with the removal.
To install the latest version, follow the steps as mentioned in this https://goo.gl/bLPP5x article.
For activation, click on "My AVG–>My Subscriptions–>Enter license" from program interface.
