If possible, please provide us the screenshot of your AVG interface.

The AVG icon on my taskbar has an exclamation (!) symbol on it, and when I open AVG it says that both COMPUTER & WEB require updating. When I click on updating, I receive a successful update menu however the ! symbol remains on the icon and on the AVG page?! Why won't it disappear? Would this have anything to do with my operating system?
