Hi Ranjani,
I have restarted my laptop and still showing the same problem did the update manually and it says update completed successfully and currently up to date but still showing computer update required and not fully protected and also receiving messages from windows telling me to update spyware and virus protection

AVG Internet security keeps showing In red - Update required and not fully protected, even when update is done and the report says update completed successfully and currently up to date.
