Please share us the screenshot of the AVG Internet Security user interface to check and assist you further.

My AVG dashboard shows Computer in Red and suggests that an Update is required. When I click on fix now it comes up saying that I'm up to date but the Computer icon remains Red and saying Update required.
Any Ideas
