Update to AVG PC Tuneup

I have a sub to AVG Ultimate and would like to upgrade from PC Tuneup 32 to PC Tuneup 64.
When asked for activation code I attempt to enter the code that AVG sends and am told that "you've entered an invalid format of license."
I assume while I have a sub to Ultimate I can upgrade to the latest version. Any suggestions please?
