Update to Virus definitions

We regret the inconvenience caused.
Could you let us know the current version of AVG Internet Security installed on your PC?
I'd request to repair AVG, restart your PC and check if you can update the virus definitions.

My Virus definitions have not updated for 9 days and when I try to manually  download I just get the “spinner”  for a very long while and no progess. Any suggestions please.
