When I try to update my Virus definition files I get a screen that won't let me do this simple task without a password which I don't remember ever setting, and further there is no "Forgot password" option available. The only password I've been able to change is a generic AVG password I never knew I had and it's not the same as the one I need. Total Bullshit!
