For some days  I cannot get the virus def update. The "checking for virus definitions" in the "Update" screen is hang up with the progress bar moving around. I do not know the address it is trying to access, but I do have Internet connectivity as this message proves.

Win 10 32 bit.

AVG version 19.8.3108 - build 19.8.4793.541
