Update Windows10 (Feature update to Windows 10, version 1903)

Hi,
I have problem to Update Windows10 (Feature update to Windows 10, version 1903).
I have AVG AntiVirus Free (19.8.3108 (build 19.8.4793.439)).
When I try to do update Windows 10 I am getting:
AVG Antivirus
Uninstall this app now because it isn't compatible with Windows 10
I tied to Uninstall AVG no help.
I tried avgclear.exe no help.
What is blocking windows to update if I uninstalled AVG?
