I apologize for the inconvenience caused. This issue could be caused due to conflict with traces of older version of AVG. Have you tried to re install AVG Internet Security - Unlimited by removing the existing version using AVG Clear and AVG Remover tools? If you have not, please follow the steps below.
Download and run AVG Clear tool: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe. This tool will help with removing antivirus component of AVG 2017 and its traces.
Open tool
User Account control - click "Yes"
Windows safe mode - click "No"
Choose installed version (AVG Free, AVG Internet Security)
Click "Uninstall"
Click "Restart computer"
After restart, run AVG Remover and remove all other supported products and remnants of AVG (ZEN, Framework,…) as suggested in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-uninstall-AVG .
