Just renewed my subscription ofr Ultimate and installed the new release. It seems the VPN main screen does not respond to screen close or minimise or even menu open. Anyone else got this problem and how do you fix it?

Please follow the below steps and check if that helps.
Ensure no other application or antivirus software is running on your PC.
Right-click the Windows Start button and select Apps and Features from the menu that appears.
Ensure that Apps & features is selected in the left panel, then click AVG Secure VPN and select Uninstall.
If prompted by the User Account Control dialog for permissions, click Yes.
When the AVG Setup wizard appears, click Repair.
Wait while setup repairs AVG VPN on your PC.
When the repair is complete, click Done.
Restart your PC and check.

Thanks for the reply. In actual fact just re-booting worked! Normally I do before I ask a question but forgot to this time. Thanks anyway for getting back to me.
