After the drivers were updated, the computer started up fine but did not react to any command except the Ctl+Alt+ Delete. I can start the task manager or use this screen to restart the computer. How do I get it back into regular operation?

Currently there's no way to get to a support session on that computer, because as I mentioned it is unresponsive.It only starts up, but does not responds to any clicks. The Logitec wireless mouse and key bord, which had a driver updated, does not work.

Could you let us know whether you've tried to force restart your computer and boot it into safe mode?
If you haven't, please refer to the instructions we've sent via email and force restart your computer, boot your computer into safe mode and check whether you can access your computer & AVG Driver Updater.
Keep us updated.

I was able to start the computer in safe mode. When I tried starting the Driver updater application, I got a message saying: "Well, this is embarrassing. We've run into a problem. Please restart your computer and try again."
I ran a support report, but the computer could not send it out. I can share it with you, if you'd like.
