Updated drivers won't allow Adobe Acrobat documents

Hi Ann,

We're glad to look into this & help you.
From your description, we see that you've hibernated Adobe Reader while optimizing using AVG TuneUp.
To wake the program : Open AVG TuneUp - Speed Up - Background & startup programs - Scroll down to find 'Programs that are sleeping - Expand it by clicking on the arrow beside it - Find Adobe reader from the list & click on Wake beside it.
Later you can ignore it from the same page (at top) to hibernate it in future scans.
Regarding Driver Updater, it will update the outdated drivers on your computer & this will not have any impact on the software installed.
Please try the above step & let us know if it helps.

I had 17 outdated drivers for which I signed up for trial.  Normally Adobe Acrobat is awakened when I have an email with an Adobe attachment, or I wish to open an Adobe document stored on my computer.  Since I updated these drivers, Adobe Acrobat will not work.
