Updated Paid AVG Internet Security - But Expires in 11 days

I have just updated Internet security to the latest version from your website.

I only did this as it told me that my current subscription would carry over without any difficulties as I renewed my two year license back in October 2015. It appears this is not the case as I now get a message at the bottom of AVG saying the following "Your Internet Security expires in 11 days - please renew". It doesn't in fact run out until October 2017. 

I also can't find a way to input my product / activation key. I also had to create a My AVG Account to upgrade, but it does not list any current subscriptions, most importantly about AVG Internet Security.

 

 

Mike, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Hi Mike,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this issue. In this case I will suggest you to run the AVG Clear tool to remove the AVG Traces using below link.
https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe, Then please restart the PC.

After restart please click on the below link to start the installation of AVG Internet Security.
