UPdated subscription not recognized

I updated my subscription (paid for it after it expired), and now all my computers won't recognize that it's updated. It still says I only have access to the free version.  Even when I log in to my account online, it doesn't show that I have a subscription.  I have the receipt for purchase, so I know the charge went through. Suggestions?
