Updates are disabled

In cant make a capture screen of my security center

Hello:

I have not explained well. I have no problems updating AVG, and indeed I have done these steps you telling me (except to delete the folder (avg remower) manually, after restarting Windows.

The problem I have in the Security Center alerts me with a shield bottom right and the red screen, the computer is at risk. Skewer the icon and see that the virus is active but not automatic updates. That is are disabled. I'll skewer system and automatic updates if they are automatically activated. And although make changes I always get this message in the Security Center

NOT that solution can have this, so I got support Microsoft and as (see first ticket) the man who attended me went on vacation and could not solve the problem, copy some solutions I found on Microsoft community (which uya anyone I answer). In these solutions gives the idea that you follow instructions to clear the history of automatic updates (I think) and reinstall them (say it takes two hours), and of course not to go to install and as xp does not support then puedar not install any.

I await your instructions

Hello Gabriel,

The notification that you are getting regarding the automatic updates is for the Windows updates.
If you have turned off the automatic updates of Windows then it will show you this popup, you can turn off this notification by going the settings of the security center in the control panel.
