Updates are not installing

Sorry for the trouble. Do you get any error while trying to update your AVG Antivirus for Mac? You can activate your AVG products using the same email address on unlimited devices.

I have AVG Free Antivirus on my Mac Mini and MacBook Air installed.  Logged in with my AVG account for both.  MacBook Air works just fine, however the Mac Mini won't install updates.  Is there a setting that I need to check, can't log in with same account on two machines with free version, etc.?  Help.
