I regret the inconvenience caused. This isn't expected behavior. Please reactivate AVG TuneUp using the new activation code to resolve this.

I have AVG tune-up. I looked last night and it looked like my subscription was good til 2020. This morning, AVG says my trial period is over and do I want to purchase it. I have been using AVG tune up for quite a while now. What is up?
