Not really a question to the community, but rather to AVG support staff.
I had added an entry to the Packet Rules list, but the entry just disappeared, probably due to an AVG update. This is the second this has happened and it is a real pain as an internal server suddenly fails.
The AVG product is AVG Internet Security.
