Hi Russell,
For help on your issue please try remove AVG TuneUp using this tool and than install latest version form our web back.

When perforning an update, my AVG PC Tune Up gives the following message: The Program "updatewizard.exe" is not responding. Please close the program and click "ok" to continue. So I am unable to update my AVG PC Tune up.
