Updating AVG and software is not protected, restart does not fix problem

We performed an update for AVG Internet Security and the software tab is saying it's not protected. When restarting computer as instructed , this doesn't fix the problem.

Thank you for the screenshots and No worries We will help you to fix the issue.
To fix the issue, we will suggest you to uninstall and install the AVG again.
To uninstall the AVG please run the AVG Remover tool: http://files-download.avg.com/util/tools/AVG_Remover.exe

After running the remover tool please restart the PC and follow the below link to install the AVG Internet Security-Unlimited.
