Hi

I´ve been using AVG for years, the free version. Lately, I upgraded to the pay version, and downloaded the require installation files.

Now, with the paid version my antivirus is not installed, not working properly and my PC is without protection at all! It keeps telling me that

Well,there is no Zen tab showing, Antivirus (Free in grey) NOT PROTECTED, PC Tuneup NOT INSTALLED and Web Tuneup Disabled...

How is this possible and how can it be fixed ASAP?
