From your issue description, it looks like you have an older version of AVG PC TuneUp installed on your PC. I have sent an email containing instructions to uninstall the older version and install the latest version. Please check your inbox and spam box as well.
I have been trying to update my AVG TuneUp, which keeps saying "Failed." I'm disappointed there is no "Chat" place since I would like to talk to an AVG rep. My subscription says the AVG TuneUp is good till 2021, so I don't understand why I can't update it.
