Updating credit card details

I have a subscription that is about to expire in September 2020.  My credit card details need to be updated.  When I click on the link in the email I receive my subscription I am told I don't have any subcriptons.  How do I update?

My subscription is due for renewal end of Jan 2018 and the credit card on file has now expired. How do I go in an update to my new credit card details?
