You have purchased AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 month subscription) not AVG Antivirus. Are you using AVG Antivirus free version? You need to uninstall and reinstall your AVG product to fix out of date issue.
Sorry for the lack of response. I'm actually not having any issues any more, other than the site giving some false information on my purchase. That doesn't matter so much to me, as I have proof of my actual purchases. Thanks for the help.
I just paid for the app and ran a scan. I was able to fix everything except out of date definitions. For some reason, I'm unable to update definitions, it always fails. Can anyone help me please?
