We're sorry for the confusion. The current version of AVG Internet Security program does not require a license number to activate. It is activated by logging into the app using your AVG MyAccount email address and password.
Open AVG Internet Security, click on My AVG > My Subscription. Click 'Remove license number' if you see that option and confirm it. Then, click 'Login' use your email address and password to login.
Hi, My subscription expires today so I renewed it on December 14 and installed the program but I am having difficulty installing the licence number. I have installed the new cover. I have followed the instructions ie. click on AVG account, Subscription, Enter Licence Number, and when I do it tells me it is invalid. Can anybody help what am I doing wrong
