Updating or deleting credit card

My account is paid in full, I wish to delet my credit card information.  Your system is not allowing me to do so.  Very concerned that a "Security" company isn't allowing me to control which information I choose for you to have.  My ultimate concern is that you will keep billing in the future, and being the fact there is not a way to contact you other than this, now it is very concerning.  And a little scammy!   Please respond so I can delet my credit card from my prepaid service with you.
