Updating Payment billing?

Dear  Sir/Miss,

Hi!..my name is Edward C. Flunder.

I have a problem  that  maybe someone out there…would know how to solve.

I have  an expiring license with AVG; and I have been told by them of this…

, and a renewal button…in order to update my billing info…  The problem is…It is not working
 . and  it is giving me in response…  a server  error.

  I would prefer to  resolve this problem online…than over the phone…if I don't have too!

 Can  anyone  help?
