Updating subscription - failure

I am unable to update my payment details for my subscription that is running out in a couple of weeks. It keeps coming up that there is a “gitch”. I have tried a number of ways from the app and from the website over a number of days. I guess if it can’t be fixed I will find another product, although I have been using this one for years. It is impossible to actually contact anyone about this, so this is also a business issue that needs to be resolved as you will loose subscribers and you will not know why. At least have a link inside the program so that subscribers can get proper assistance rather than getting kicked back to FAQ’s. No customer service in that approach.
