Updating subscription payments

I am in the process of reducing my payments to one banking institution largely due to a breach in a personal bank account and the ensuing attempted fraud..Luckily the bank in question was alert and nothing was taken.

My question is, can I delete the existing payment  cards that cover payments for a bundle of subscriptions on certain payment cards? I will be retiring my my Windows 10 PC as soon as I have Mastered my new iPad Air. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
