I just purchased the 1 Year Antivirus subscription.  I'm trying to download it and it says that I already have the most updated version, and it cancels the download.  I went into my AVG dashboard and it reads that I have the Free Trial version, but again, I'm trying to download the 1-Year protection that I just purchased in store.  At this point, I'm not even sure if I can return the product considering I've opened it and attempted to download it.

Is there any way to download the Antivirus I have just purchased, bypassing the error that reads I already have the current update?
