I understand the inconvenience.
If your AVG Internet Security dashboard shows message as "Out of date" then it is necessary to reinstall the program in-order to fix the issue.
Click here To uninstall AVG Internet Security from control panel .
Click here To download, install and activate AVG Internet Security 2017 version .

I keep receiving a notification that my AVG antivirus is out of date but when I click on that link a notification pop up preventing me from going to the site to update.
Can anyone explain/advise how I proceed with this process, please?
