I tried to install the anti virus, using the file (avg_free_stb_all_6125p1_177.exe) downloaded from CNET Web Site. However, the installation process requires an internet connection and would not proceed further, if I do not have one.
How do I get an installation file, which installs AVG Free Anti Virus withgout the need for an internet connection.

Hello Drake. That's great to hear that your are much impressed with our product. Once you installed our product please follow the instructions to update your program manually from the website.
1. Go to http://free.avg.com/ww-en/download-update.
2. Select the update files you need (typically Virus definitions and All necessary modules for your operating system) and download them to a portable media, e.g. a USB flashdisk.
3. Open your AVG program.
4. In the menu Options, click Update from directory.
5. Navigate to the folder where you stored the update files, and click OK.

Becasue of AVG's effectiveness and excellent virus detection and cleaning capability, I want to install it on a machine, which is being used in an area where we the Internet.is not very reliable.
I would like to install the basic file, which I have downloaded from the CNET Site (avg_free_STb_all_6125p1_177), and update the virus signatures from the files downloaded from this page: Download Free Antivirus Software for PC | AVG Virus Protection
