Upon checking your account, we see that you've successfully registered AVG Ultimate (1 year pack) under your account.
If you register the 2 years pack under your account, it would be consolidated automatically. As a result, AVG Ultimate will be valid for 3 years.
We do not have a chance of de-activating the 1 year license. Instead, you can request a refund for the 1 year pack to your reseller.
Once you receive the refund, we can proceed further with the registration process. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed with this.

I recently purchased the 1 year Ultimate, and installed it. I then decided that I wanted the 2 year Ultimate instead and purchased that, although I have not activated it yet. How do I activate the 2 year subscription and deactivate the 1 year subscription without causing any problems.
