Upgrade from AVG Internet Security to AVG Ultimate

You have AVG Internet Security - Unlimited, valid until 2019.6.28. I could not find AVG Ultimate subscription. However, you can upgrade your existing AVG internet Security - Unlimited to AVG Ultimate or you can just buy AVG TuneUp - Unlimited.

I currently have a licence for AVG Internet Security and another for AVG Ultimate, with the latter expiring at the end of August.

If I let the Ultimate licence expire can I then upgrade the AVG Internet Security to Ultimate? If I just buy the Tune-UP add-in will this be more or less the same?
