On 3/14 I purchased a 2-year AVG Internet Security renewal for 3 computers. When I try to download the update on my wife's computer I get an error message stating that the action has been cancelled and that I have already installed the latest version (Error code: 0xe001f992). I go look at her computer and I open the AVG icon on her desktop. It opens as AVG Zen and says that her Internet Security expires in 28 days. When I click on the start button the only AVG program showing is the AVG PC TuneUp icon so I tried to open it and nothing at all happens. I even tried to 'open as administrator' and still nothing. What should be my next step?
