We'll certainly look into this. Please make sure that you are logged into Google play store on your Android device with the same email address that you used to buy AVG Cleaner Pro. Uninstall the AVG Cleaner app from your device. Then, open Google play store, go to My Subscriptions and download AVG Cleaner.
It should activate the new subscription.
On Sept 23rd I received email from Google play confirming that my AVG Cleaner PRO had been automatically updated.
I have an order number from Google and confirmation that my subscription renews on Sept 23 2019
However, according to AVG cleaner each time i open it…I need to upgrade!
