We request you to open AVG Zen interface and click on the email address that is displayed and select as "Log out as admin"
Please click on the same place and select "Leave this network".
Finally click on the same place and select "connect to an existing network" and enter the AVG my account username and password and click on connect.
Please check whether the free gets changed to Internet Security and let us know the status of it.
I've just upgraded AVG Free to AVG Internet security unlimited. Nothing has happened on my computer. I've followed all the links in my email and confirmed, I've restarted the computer and AVG several times, and I am still on AVG free. How do I get what I paid for?
