My AVG Internet Security has just auto-renewed and I have been billed for this (30 days prior to the actual renewal date), but I now want to upgrade to AVG Ultimate. I cannot find anywhere within My Account to do this, it only offers individual add-ons like Tune-Up, etc.
How do I go about this?
