That's all very well but that link doesn't take me anywhere to an actual person who can help me. I've been through all the options related to that link several times already. When I am logged into my account, there is NO option available for me to upgrade to AVG Ultimate. NONE of the links give me an answer to this. Totally frustrating.

I currently have AVG Internet Security and AVG Tuneup as two separate subscriptions. They are coming up for renewal and I want to upgrade to AVG Ultimate but I can't find how to do that. Can anyone help? Can't contact AVG Support to ask - just doesn't go anywhere :(.
