Hi,

We have recently had someone approach us who has upgaded their system to Windows 10 and are also using AVG on their laptop. Everyone else in the house is able to access webpages through any browser, however the laptop that AVG is on is unable to access any web pages at all until the protection has been temporarily disabled. 

Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations on how to fix this issue?
