Could you specify about the upgrade of Windows 10, as it wasn't entirely clear?
Do you suspect that AVG program is blocking the upgrade of Windows 10?
If yes, you can turn off AVG Internet Security temporarily as mentioned in this article and check the status with the upgrade.
